Saving your settings

All settings are stored in the Arduino's EEPROM.
If you erase the EEPROM with the INIT command - this may happen after installing a new version of the software - your settings will be lost.
So it is safe to backup your settings in your computer.

To do this backup, follow these steps:

• Connect your transmitter to your computer
• Type DUMP GLOBAL to print the values of the global variables

Then for each model:

• Type MODEL number to select the model
• Type DUMP to print the values of the variables all channels and mixers of the model

Finally,

• Type MODEL number to select the active model.

Now, select all the text in the window and copy/paste it into a text file.
If you are using "screen" or "putty", you can copy its log file instead of doing a copy/paste.
